Gymnastics for All
Pulsars Gymnastics as its core offering provides inclusive gymnastics programming suitable for all. We are delighted to present Active Start programs tailored for ages 0 to 5, Recreational programs for ages 6 to 13, and Active for Life programs for ages 13 and above. Regardless of your age, gender, skill level, or abilities, there’s a program for everyone at Pulsars.
Women’s Artistic Gymnastics
Most commonly associated with the term gymnastics is the sport of Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. Athletes in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics engage in routines across four events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise. At Pulsars, participants in our program will have the chance to practice and even compete in routines across these four dynamic events.
Men’s Artistic Gymnastics
Pulsars takes pride in hosting one of the largest Men’s Artistic Programs in the province. In Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, athletes showcase their skills across six events: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar. At Pulsars Gymnastics, athletes have the opportunity to learn and even compete in skills across these six dynamic events.
Trampoline Gymnastics
Flip into the excitement of our Trampoline Gymnastics Program at Pulsars Gymnastics, where you can tumble, and bounce your way to fun. Distinctively, Pulsars stands out as one of the few clubs in the province offering all internationally recognized disciplines of Trampoline Gymnastics. These four engaging disciplines include Tumbling, Double Mini, Individual Trampoline, and Synchronized Trampoline.

Pulsars Gymnastics takes pride in presenting a diverse array of carefully designed and expertly crafted programs catering to all ages, skill levels, and abilities.
Pulsars Gymnastics is recognized by the Federation of International Gymnastics (FIG), which acknowledges 8 distinct gymnastics disciplines, Pulsars stands out by offering programming in 5 of these disciplines. Our comprehensive programs encompass Gymnastics for All, Ninja (Parkour), Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline Gymnastics, and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
Setting us apart even further, Pulsars Gymnastics provides a fully inclusive Gymnastics program tailored for individuals with special needs, be it physical, cognitive, social, developmental, or anything in between. Pulsars also offers competitive gymnastics through its Team Pulsars initiative. At Pulsars, we strive to create programs where everyone can reach their full potential.

We started in recreational class, but my son really fell in love with gymnastics when he was attending Colin’s class. All MAG coaches, as well as the admin team (Tyler and Kim) are amazing and very responsive.
My daughter just completed a week of camp at Pulsars, and this was our first experience with this organization.
She was nervous the first day since this was a new facility to her, but by the end of the week she was asking me to make sure she returned next summer.
She said she had fun and learned a lot in her time in the gym, and one of the crafts she came home with was a simple but beautiful activity developed by the team. Big thanks to the entire Pulsars Team for giving her an awesome week!
Pulsars was my home as both an athlete and coach for over 15 years. I can’t speak highly enough about this place.
All the staff are still my close friends and I grew so much as an athlete person and coach. This gym has left its mark on me and there isn’t another gym I could ever envision myself at.
